It's a scam for sure. Edit your add to state you will only be except cash or PayPal. Did he email you or send you a PM about your item for sale? Don't answer his email and let buyers know you will only respond to PMs.

Just a heads up, I think you can get scammed through paypal as well. Had someone contact me insisting I give him my paypal acct. ASAP and he would put the money in it (without even trying to haggle the price) and then have his twin brother pick up the item. Also insisted that he was a verified user so it was ok (in broken english of course). When I told him it was "cash only" I never got another reply.
Recently, I have gotten to calls from 1877-486-2692 Jason or Josh Walters wants to discussing some conflicting information about someone in your address/household... Sounds like a scam, phishing...

BTW, with the discountedcycling.com deal, just because you received your order doesn't mean you weren't scammed. It's quite possible that this person set up this business as a means of acquiring credit card data.
