Unfortunately I cannot make it this weekend but I am going to keep an eye out for future HAB rides. Sounds like just the kind of group I should be walking... errrr... riding with.

I thought you were deep in your VQ/CC training...or are you backing out of that you "kitten"?!!!

I am more scared of when the sky leaks, and cold leaks are the worse! However if Chuck and Colin are in on the SS, sounds like you and Ryan need to ride yours...it will be a STSSF (sh*t talk stupid suffering fest)!

Hey Julie...you finish that SS build of yours yet?!

Now I just have to decide to ride tomorrow or save my legs for Sunday and ride somewhere cool on Monday based on how I am feeling.

What is this VQ/CC you speak of? I can't give away my training secrets, but I will say they have included some good numbers in the 7-9% range 8-[

STSSF sounds like a good time and lucky for us the sky shouldn't leak...otherwise we may not see you come out until ground hogs day 2014.

I use to ride an SS there a lot and a 32x18 on a 26 inch was what I ran. Not sure what route Tony is taking but that gear should get you through most of the routes. I may ride over there tomorrow so maybe I'll see you guys!

Sorry. You're going to need to turn in your man card. I'd somehow still find the strength.

I am damn near dead. It was freaking hot today. 4 hours out there, drank the whole 100 oz CamelBak. My shoulder is REALLY sore after a crash near the end.

Everything went great except when we were going down the switchback single track there was this group of 25+ peeps pushing there bikes up that trail #-o I'll see if I can get up tomorrow to make your ride Tony.
