    Seems silly to me to tear up that area to build a road with that stated purpose. Couldn't they just go up Woods Canyon to Canyon Vistas Park and hop on over to West Ridge? I'm sure the county could get an easement if that's what they need.
    Or, do they just like spending FEMA $$'s?
