    I am planning to make my first and last trip for the season to Mammoth Closing Weekend. I want to make sure if its going to be on Sept. 19 & 20th? If so, who's planning to go for the weekend and if anyone is renting a condo. I am looking a room for 2 people.

    I would like to go with guys who are very familiar with the trails. Just like last year Dave, Mike, and Chuck where huge help as leaders showing us where to go. Hucktastic

    Art, I believe it's posted on Mammoth's forum that Sept 20th is the last day. The main page doesn't have a date though.

    Mammoth Closing Weekend

    So, nobody has mentioned this yet, but closing weekend at mammoth is coming up in 3 weeks. This will be your last chance to check out some sick DH riding, or cool XC stuff until next july.

    just throwing this up as a reminder, and so people can figure out rides and lodging. last year was a blast, and we had mobs of STR people roaming all over the mountain.

    I have a feeling that it will be a smaller group this year due to the fact that so many will have been there 2 weeks earlier. I highly doubt I will have the time to get back up there.
