Mammoth Closing Weekend 9/20-21

yup thats snow.... But I just noticed an unknown rider... Justin (mechman), Alison, Frank(dhshuttlemonkey), Lee (2wheellee), Me (foesnasty), Nam (tkblazer).... UNKNOWN RIDER.... and Jeff (jsims)... Please help... I can't remember who this is....

 

That'll be awesome. I've had this nagging nirve thing that I just can't shack and is really hindering my DH.

 

Just got the ok at work for the 18th too, so it's now a 4-day weekend! :beer:

Still working out lodging but i should have it dialed in by wedensday - if i've got room for another 1 or 2 i'll post up as soon as i know. Should be somewhere in or near the village...

 

So will you be riding the Demo 8??

 

If it's still there, i'm sure i'll ride it at some point...and get more than the whole 6" of air i got last year...#-o

the spot did fine on eveything i threw it down last month, but if i'm going to try some bigger stuff i'll get something like that for a day for sure...

 

I'm still looking for someone's carpool, and sharing the accomodation there, any one wants to split the cost with a experienced acupuncturist.

Lower Rock Creek... anyone shuttling this on Friday?
Please let me know. I've got a Toyota Seq. can carry 4bikes on the t2 plus maybe a couple more inside.
I really want to try and do this trail this year

 

No Rock Creek for us this year. Only bringing the DH bikes and staying on the Mountain for 3 days of lift assisted heaven.

I'd definitely be down to...once we get closer to next weekend and figure where everyone's going to be let's get meeting time and vehicles figured out...my rav4 can carry 2 bikes on the back and 4 riders, more bikes inside if we need...

 

I may be up for Lower Rock Creek if I go up Thursday night. Please keep me in the loop. Thanks!

:?: Head butting Frank? Who knows.

Here are some possible explanations:

1. (Most likely) I was too slow in catching up to the group so the photo was taken without me.

2. Trying to figure out what the heck was wrong with my bike that was preventing me from keeping up with the rest of the group. Yes, I will always blame my bike before admitting to my lack of skills.

3. I was too deeply entranced in ogling my bike to even notice one was being taken.

 

I might be in for Lower Rock Creek on friday as well.

.....Someone keep me posted on Rock Creek shuttle activity.

 

Hmmm...this could be our last lift-assist chance this year.
