Lower Chiquita Ridge Road (Ladera)

Just rode this this morning, and it's in great shape. Some patches of mud, and a couple of washouts near the Pipeline entrance. There looked to have been a couple of mudslide areas, but people have already shoveled them clear and hacked away the bushes (Thanks!).

The entrance by the apartments near Jerry's is blocked off with yellow tape, but it's just that section you have to worry about. It's a little soft, and there's a long deep rut. Just walk it.
