    I believe some people here were planning to be there, so here is the story, and a little teaser. Gary Douville, Brian Lopes and Sid Taberlay were bunny hopping and riding over the barriers from the gun.

    I couldn't make it out to that one, family duties and all. I did race today at the Urban CX at Shoreline Village in LBC.
    Quite a different scene!
    I don't think that more than one race had ten people in it. My race had 9, three SS 4's and 6 of us Cat 4's.
    I still finished last.
    As I was leaving, the Vertican brothers were battling it out as the only elites along with 5 35+ riders.
    The prize for the elites was a $450 tool cabinet. Probably some brotherly love gonna happen before that finish.
