    A good friend from college is doing his first Ironman this weekend in Louisville, shooting for top 5 in his age group. He's been training religiously for almost 2 years. I put this video together yesterday to keep him motivated (not like he needs any help). He's the strongest cyclist I've had the pleasure of calling my friend.
