This is a pic of the new Intense DH bike being used at least by the team riders, If you look at some of the newest pics of Chris Kovarik you see they're using the frame pictured above.

I don't know if it's a 951 replacement or a bike to be added to the intense line...but I bet Traci does!

from what I can tell/have heard, it's really a combo bike. set it up like a 951 and you have a 951. set it up like and M6, you have an M6. best of both worlds. set it up in 9.5" travel and the M6 shock rate for mammoth, N*, and general big mountain stuff, then drop it back to 8-8.5" travel and the 951 shock rate for a light, playful bike for fontucky. win-win

If it came in XL, I'd definitely buy one though. not wild about the adjustable HT either (one more thing to worry about), but I can't argue with adjustability.

while I love the idea, I'd rather have a 1.5HT and press in cups. 2 sets of cups and you have 3 possible HA's. not convenient, but how often wouldyou actually be changing that? a moving headtube sleeve just seems like it could end up being a pain in the arse for some reason.

nope. DW links tend to have a shorter, more horizontal lower link. VPP has the longer, more steeply inclined lower link (more rearward axle path, lotsa chainstay growth). something like maestro is kinda a middle ground. longer lower link, not as steep as the VPP.

also looks just like a V10, old M6, etc.

the top link swings in a completely different direction than on a DW link (rotates counter clockwise instead of clockwise, viewed from the right side of the bike).

why are we arguing about this? it quite clearly says qvp on the chainstay :-k#-o
