I can't believe how short this race is. Four, four mi laps, for the Cat 1's, over really fast terrain. The fastest guys should finish in just over an hour; almost half what the average race is. I'm actually looking forward to the short race though. It will be interesting to not have to hold back and just TT for a little over an hour.

rode the course this morning. It's interesting to say the least. Should be controlled chaos in some sections, and that drainage crossing needs a plank of wood over it or something, otherwise ugh.

I got a answer today from the promotors about how they plan to start the race. They said pros first then all Cat 1's. Going hard to the tree line climb and being with the leaders will be key to avoiding caos there.

That culvet at the bottom of a steep descent is going to be an issue for many though. Hope they but up a temp bridge.

Uh-oh now I'm confused. I'm racing Cat 2 Women's and thought that started at 10AM. Is that right?

That's correct. Or, at least everything I've read says so.
