    changing therapy can help alot it helps to have one that specializes in athletes to speed it up and make it a lil more intense might get sore at first but it helped me in the long run! i had mine in 2008 but have no issues with it now but i still catch myself when it gets sore going back and doing some of my therapy stretches and exercises so keep at it work for it and dont give up you will be 100% soon!
