Wow this will be my first TT. Trash talk is good.

Does anyone else want to order any baked good from Tink. I have an order in but if she gets a few more orders it would make it worth the gas $$ to drive out to TT.

it is posted that the ride could vary from 4 to 12 miles, so i am just going to bring my lights as a percussion... :-s

 

Tink, this is a no light ride. You would want to bring full squish. It is not required, there are many routes going to the same place. Dan is the only one who has ever worn pads but it is not the norm.

Put your orders in for Tink, its a great idea!

 

I haven't posted TT yet because the forecast is for rain.

Simply stated, if it is not raining we will ride. I wont be putting it on the calendar. I will bump this thread. So bring your bike to work hopefully the storm holds off until we get done riding.

 

Just checked the weather again and it's looking good for tomorrow!

We can meet at 5:45 and roll at 6pm

so i watched the video that Kid A posted and is this a diffrent route than what we have been doing? Looks fun as well.

 

we usually loop through the rest of the park and end up coming out at the end of newport. seeing as that area is also a floodplain, and currently filled with water behind the dam, we've been sticking within the confines of the more tame area of the park.

when things dry out a bit, you'll getta see what TT is all about! PIXIE FOREST! :bang::bang::bang:

 

Very observant. The video is from days gone by when Taco Tuesday used to be at Peters Canyon. I totally love riding Peters but it is so saturated with hikers that we moved to Irvine Park and have very little pedestrian traffic.

If it rains we will still meet at the Fish House for Tacos and sssmmaacckk talk.
