    Layoffs were announced last week where I work (~3000 salaried people + I think about that same number for hourly folks). I am safe....I think.....this round, but there is a possibility for another major round I am sure. Not looking for sympathy at all cuz it aint cancer but what I think I have to do, unfortunately, is consider creating a buffer as much as possible with whatever i can since if nothing else, raises and bonuses, if they will still exist, are gonna be impacted in a MAJOR way for sure.

    As such.....to those who have either bought or sold recently, what is a fair price for my Turner? It is has literally been ridden about a dozen times since i got built up late last year.

    Key parts worth noting:
    * Large Ano 2006 RFX
    * Avalanche Chubie rear shock
    * 2007 Marz 66SL ATA fork
    * Custom white DT Swiss 5.1 rims
    * Industry Nine hubs/spokes. 6-pawl 3 deg engagement rear hub with Hadley Racing 10mm rear axle. Wheels built by Chad from Redbarn.
    * Hope M6 front/M4 rear brake with red bore caps, levers, and reservoirs with steel braided hose lines
    * Deity bar with Syncros AM Stem. Also have matching 50mm Deity stem.
    * king headset
    * Schwalbe Big Betty tires (didnt like Maxxis Advantage that came on it and switched quickly)
    * other stuff probably obvious...

    That bike is my screensaver at work, please don't part it out....it's a work of art.

    If it was my size I'd buy it.

    You clearly make too much money... as such, you should just donate the frame to me.

    ::looks around::

    In turn I'll give away a bike :D (Of lesser value, of course).

    Put it in a museum... that's where all beautiful things belong.

    Ya know, I don't think it's worth that much. In fact, I'll do you a favor and take it off your hands. But you'll owe me dammit!

    Great looking bike Fo. I have loved that bike ever since you showed us the pics when you built it. As for its value, I would say at least four large, but the problem is going to be finding someone who will drop the coin required to make it worth your while. The faster you want to sell it, the lower your price will have to be.

    If you do decide to sell it you'll most likely have better luck getting the max $$ out of it by parting it out.

    though unlike aquadouche, my wheels are nicer since i have copper spokes (versus his black). I had nightmares with the possibility of parting with my bikes actually :(

    What a cool bike!

    Amgen? Like Amgen up in Thousand Oaks?

    If you know of a Senior Regulatory Affairs Specialist looking refer them to me. I am out in the OC. They are really hard to find. Good Luck!

    I agree the bike belongs in a museum.

    Will do.....for what it is worth, I am very happy here, even with the changes. Grass is definitely not always greener as I have tried to tell people. Regulatory is a great dept in my opinion
