    My name is Jon and I wanted to say hi and introduce myself.

    I have had my mountain bike now for about 6 months, but have only ridden it on the road. Now that I have a road bike, it has been sadly hanging in my garage, almost with no purpose.

    Well I wish to change that and liberate it from the wall of shame and give it the glory it deserves. Hopefully I can tag along on some beginner rides and start to get my skills going.

    Oh by the way, the ride is an '07 Gary Fisher Hoo Koo E Koo.

    Well you've taken another step in the right direction, now you just have to show up and ride.

    Personally, I think the road bike should have to be the backup for my MTB. Priorities man!

    I am in Huntington Beach, close to Marina High School. I work in Newport Beach and Lakewood, so I get around a bit.

    That was me,hopefully I can make Monday mornings ride. Any idea how long it is going to last, I work the night before and will be going there straight from work.
