happiest day ever

    Tuesday i had my follow from surgery on the knee and the doctor cleared me to start riding and excersizing it. I cant wait to do some riding, hopefully will hit somewhere up this weekend

    Congrats! Please listen to your Doctor and Physical therapist and don't do more than they recommend. Don't be a dumb a$$ like me, and think you're smarter than they are.

    I found after my knee surgerys the best way to regain full motion was to stertech in a Spa , just my experience.
