Nice meeting everyone today! Pops and I had a great time up until i flatted, sliced a tire, sliced a tube, flatted again, then endo'd and blew up the front brake lever. Needless to say i had some bad luck today and had to call it quits a bit early. But I will def be back again, and again, and again!!!!!! Thanks again for letting us tag along!!! And thanks Chuck for letting me use ur pump!!!

I'm jealous of all of you. Big Bear looks legit :bang:

Yeah I had blast riding with the dividson 23 crew, Johnny and your pops, and some of guys that i seen before at webb.. I am glad to be riding an 4 inch limited travel bike.. it'll improve my riding with an bigger bikes.. Cant wait to see some of pictures and ride with you guys again! Now that the new bike finally got to see some dirt and gnarly lines.. Its time for upgrades! I really like the Jamis Parker 1.. I could have used it at woodward west race.

So, this limited travel thing, I have a fork thats possibly borderline ~6" and could get flagged. But it also has a travel adjustment lever, so couldn't I just compress the fork to 4.5" at the bottom then push it back to 6" at the top? Or is that grounds for getting kicked out? I'd hate to drive up there only to find that my bike is no good :?:

You'll be just fine, lock it down at the lift and open it up for the ride.

I saw some people with an dual crown forks, some people with single chain ring and guide.. i was like WHAT THE HECK? I guess these employees at chair lift was too stupid to know what it is, nor they just didnt want it to be a dead day no one riding.. Even some of those people had bikes that had 6 or 7 inch travels. some had totem forks as well they have 170mm thats 7 inches.
