    Hey Everyone,

    Still healing up, so can't make it this time, but I have lots of questions:

    What are the XC trails like up there? Mostly singletrack or fireroad or ??.

    The reviews on MTBR are ancient, mostly from the DH days.

    How technical are the trails now (the more tech and nasty the better)?

    I looked at the Snow summit website and it indicated that the ski runs are off-limits, and a couple of reviews indicated that the trails end a long way away from the lifts. Is there good singletrack from the top that returns you to the base of Snow Summit so you can make several runs throughout the day?

    I found this website (http://adventurehostel.com/BigBearLakeMountainBikeTrailGuide.html), any other trail recommendations?

    There are plenty of singletrack trails to ride and all of them take you back to the fireroad at the bottom of the lifts and you just have to pedal back. Some are on one side of the mountain and some on others.

    I suggest you look at some of the previous ride reports/photos to get an idea of what we ride there!
