I will be there during the day, I've got kid duty at night...and on the weekends...and on about every moment of the day usually...

The blessings of being a father!

Desmond, still no PM from ya! WTF? :?:

I saw Noel at the gym this evening, we kinda planned to do some shuttle runs on Saturday... You know the place I am talking about!

You know, that secret place that everyone in the Western United States knows about but we have to be on the DL around here because (some) people get their panties in a bunch when it is mentioned here on STR.

Wow, that was a long sentence!

i concur ..i bushwhacked my way to them the other day. i wish the ladder drop on rattlesnake and water tower ridge line up would have lasted as long as these have.

    Hello All...

Seems as if there are a bunch of locals on this thread to "Whittier" ...sweet!

Just wanted to put it out there and say that I ride (Turnbull Canyon) quite a bit during the week M-F around 5:00 p.m.-ish and if anyone wants to ride it with me (shuttle) or hit some other local DH trails in the afternoon let me know...

I like to get on the trail as much as possible working in the industry gives me plenty of free time to ride (DH) and I would love to hook up with some more local freeriders/DH'rs!

On the weekends the few peeps I currently ride with and myself usualy head out a bit further north and south to more "DH specific trails" ...but I love TBC anyday of the week keeps me in shape for the weekend and it's close by.

Thinking of heading over to TBC tomorrow after work 5:30 p.m.-ish if anyone wants in let me know, as for the weekend well we havent decided yet but anyone is welcome to join our group along with there suggestions, you can send me an e-mail to [email protected] so we can hook up. No attitudes please and all levels are welcome.

my buddies hit these jumps all the time on the mtb's. of course they built them years ago to suit themselves. so what im saying is they are waaaaaaay good for 26ers.

last time i was down at the brea dam there was one jump that was ridable. it needs a lot of work. maybe with this rain we could get a group together to fix them up.
