    It certainly does suck...though realistically, if the community wants it not to happen again, anonymity ain't the way to do it. There seem to have been enough people there that the person can be called out. If not one will, the complaining really doesn't hold much merit.

    I had never seen this person before. Thought he was simply a BUYER looking to haggle. Not even sure he was a STR member! Should have asked if he was indeed a STR member. :(

    Just seemed like a whole bunch of posts in a row pussyfooting around who it was, which was kinda pointless if it really bothered people as much as they made it sound like.

    Can anyone please explain how often the STR members get together for this kind of sale? Or was this the first? I hope many others had as much fun and enjoyment from the activities, as I did. I was able to meet numerous fellow members, learn from others, in a friendly, no pressure atmosphere. The experience, to me, was like an extension of this site, only in person. (the family-like friendliness, personalities, and a willingness to share and share info/knowledge).
    I found some good deals - some I grabbed, some I passed on (some I regret passing on) and some good deals didn't sink in as to how good they were, until I was on my long drive home. My inexperience with MTB gear is hopefully only temporary and I hope to be better prepared next time.

    Someone decides its been awhile and posts about it. Then some organized person (aka dino) posts reminders for everyone to RSVP on the calendar and tons of people show up.

    Historically I'd say 1-2 a year at fully loop.

    i know this isnt the classified, but i was looking for 750mm bars (flat or low rise) and 70mm stem at the swap meet. couldn't find anything i liked there. If anyone still has some, PM me. I also posted a wanted ad.
