Wanted to add that I'll also be on the lookout for cold weather gear, in preparation for summer's end. I generally wear a Medium in jerseys and I have a 34 waist.

Please bring out your unwanted or surplus cold weather clothing. (in real good or better condition)

    Thanks!
    Marshall

I'm packed to the rafters of my little red car and ready to lighten the load. Frames, wheels/wheelsets, cranks, handlebars, stems, derailleurs, pedals, and more. See you all in the morning.

I'm sitting here reading lists and wondering what some people are getting to replace some of the bikes for sale.

Sold and practically gave everything away!! Bottom line everybody happy and no more "the garage is full of your stuff!!!" From the wifey!!! It was cool to see the haggling!! An sad to see some dudes buying stuff and haggling for the lowest possible amount then turning it around for a profit.

    I had fun!!!

That is the lowest of low and doesn't surprise me one bit.

This forum has some of the most generous people I've ever met, as well as some of the sleaziest also. It really sucks when people sell someone something in good faith as a measure of giving back to the community only to have the buyer flip it.

Funny how I got there , bought a derrailleur I didn't need, traded it with a friend for a shock I did t need, but he did need the derrailleur, and then traded it for a stem that will look good on my bike, I didn't need a new stem, but oh well, good to be there

I got there at 8, which evidentally was too late. I guess the yard sale effect was at play as most of people's sales happened right from 7am.

Oh well... Anyone interested in a cheap Chumba and an even cheaper road bike...?

I bought some lights from Argama and some other knick knacks. Was funny seeing imapodaddy cooking rice and chicken right there in the parking lot!

I gave away a pair of UST tires to some guy walking his dog. I also left a wheelset I got from the Pay it Forward thread with RL to give away.

Good times! Sold a few things and got rid of a bunch of tires to good homes. Also got a ride in on the loop and met some cool people.
