    I'm hoping to start making this every week (2nd start time), but have a question because I'm very out of shape. I have done this loop before, but it was in 2001! I just got back into the sport after a 12 year hiatus (back problems) and the degree of out of shape that I'm in, actually surprised me a little bit. I can downhill without a problem (have done Five Oaks and Lynx a couple of times), but the climbing is my (very) weak point hence the reason I'm trying to get out there as much as possible. To give you an idea of what kind of shape I'm in, I had to stop 4 times going up Mustard in Whiting a few weeks ago...#-oSince then I've ridden each weekend and a couple of quick cruises around the neighborhood just to get some seat/pedal time.

    My question is, am I OK to join you guys for the second lap? I don't like to hold people up (no matter the activity) and can understand if I'm told to get some more pedal time before joining in on something like this.

    It was nice at the Loop today! Too bad we got there late and only caught up with the group at the dam. Still a nice ride with a nice bunch of people.
