    It's not just socal, it's the entire country :( and it sucks. Moms buying their kids skateboards, then sue cuz their kid got hurt.

    Here's a novel concept............... Let the man do what he wants with HIS OWN property. There are tons of trails for us to use in other places. It sucks to lose a favorite trail but it's worse to try to snatch someone's personal property. If I were him I would not want to be sued if someone were to get injured so I may think about doing the same thing and I'm a rider myself. If people weren't so sue happy it would be different but it's the world we live in.

    I blame the Rodney King fan club & McDonald's coffee drinkers for the litigious nature of our state.

    I witnessed Enterprise Rent A Car measuring their sidewalk and handicapped ramp for this reason.
