just want to add another positive experience I had at fullerton bikes....Went there yesterday with a mechanical issue that Ive been trying to figure out with the nomad. Mike, ryan, and ethan played with my bike for about an hour and they helped me locate the problem. No waiting for service, no leave your bike for a week, not to mention mike hooked it up!

Everytime I go in that store Im impressed with their customer service, They go above and beyond to help out a fellow rider even though I do love to talk a lot of trash lol. Their first priority is customer service and boy do they deliver not to mention are very informative and even though very busy they will take the time to help out every customer to ensure your bike is running tip top.

Just want to say thanks to mike and the crew for always putting the customer and customer's needs first as it really does keep them coming back. If you havent been to fullerton bikes you really are missing out....

Why don't you just leave the bike for a couple of days and they can fix the whole bike...just a thought.

I went in to buy a new head for my Giant floor pump cuz it went bad. Mike, with no hesitation said he would just warranty the pump even though i didn't have the receipt with me. I was willing to buy a new head since i figured it wouldn't be warrantied but instead, i was so happy he out right replaced it i opted to upgrade the pump and pay the difference. Now this really made my day! Thanx Mike and FB! My new pump OWNS! It's the small things that make the biggest differences sometimes..

Dino helped me choose the correct 510 shoes for my style or riding. With so many different options it makes it difficult. Thanks Dino and mike for the great customer service. Tested the shoes @ the F-Loop at they felt great!

I've had nothing but great experiences at FB. I don't know if its my menacing stare, or my boyish good looks, but Mike, Dino, Ryan, and Ethan have all been great. Sometimes I just visit to make sure Dino is not getting out of line.
