I have a Reba Team (or was that a Race? Damned memory...). It's adjustable from 85 mm to 115 mm (or 125 mm? damned memory again...), and I always run it at 85 mm on my Surly 1x1. This fork has been changing my opinion about Rock Shox products - it's been a really nice fork.

Of all the forks, the main reason I chose this 85 mm fork over the other forks was that was the only black one. Good reasoning, eh?

I had the grey/silver one when the white came out.. Wished at the time I'd had one of those, but either way it'd be rigid right now, so it's just as well :)

rigid forks aren't all that bad... i put a kona 29er rigid fork on my 26" bike since i wanted a longer a-c on the fork. it is surprisingly smooth considering, but really rocky/gnarly trails tend to beat you up a bit.

i believe the fork was on a 26er

Why do you think we have arms and legs?

I've tried to be a little more loose descending, but it can be jarring!

I tried to do the little SJT jump.. "Ouch!"

My joints aren't as good as they used to be. I used to run a rigid fork on my SS for a couple years (don't remember any SJT jumps that were a problem, though), but after my wrist injury, I went to a suspended fork and haven't gone back (partially because I bent my Surly rigid fork - I guess they're not very strong).
