Dual Slalom / 4X FOntucky Pre race play/practice day

Im heading out weds 1-7-2009 to get the track dialed before my race this weekend. Ill be there 10-dark ish great time to get used to the new track features and do some sprints. Hopefully someone can come out with a stop watch or at least we get enough people to do some fun races to get the jitters out

 

I was thinking of being out there that morning to do the xc course for a couple laps. I'll play stopwatch guy when i'm done.

no-go for me on wednesday. needa work all week to pay off some stuff. if for some reason I'm working out that way, I may stop in after work for a couple though. not so likely though.

probably just going to go out in my front yard and do interval sprints on the trek to help get ready for racing

so, lame jury duty, so I probably won't even make it after work (which I can't go to) #-o

on the plus side, I'm going to have a functional DH bike again tomorrow

 

You have to understand when he says "afternoon" he means after noon could be 9 at night .
I want to take my xc bike to ride waiting for Ricky but I'm too nervous leaving one on the back locked with a cable to my car.
