Come on down, have some fun, meet some new people.

Meeting in the Fontana Parking lot, starting there. Should take no more than an hour and a halfish to go over the skills and demostration on how to ETC then move to some trail work.

Lets keep this thread here limited to questions directly related to this event, I hope to see folks out there, but not the entirety of southern california.


Sport level Defined......Not an expert rider, have room for improvement, already have a basic skillset for DH.

EDIT......... I will not be hitting body position much, as a more than beginner you should be fairly adapt to positioning already, that and it changes to much per the situation that your in to really hammer on one style or position

Sigh. The morning after Halloween. Guess we'll have to pass. We probably won't be getting home until about 4am that morning anyway. Maybe next time

 

as was mentioned, I will also help with the clinic if need be. that's assuming nothing weird comes up for that day, of course.

if there is interest, I would be fine with taking newer riders that need basic DH help. I've helped a few people before and know what works.

dang... that's too early for day after Halloween festivities. I will most likely still be intoxicated at that time in the morning. Lol I'll catch the next one.

 

Yeah, sorry about it being the day after halloween, its the first day I have to be able to get it together, that and I wanted to get it done soon enough so that anyone coming would also have time to go out and apply anything they learn on the trail as much as they can before the November challenge which is also coming up.

 

This sounded like a fun day, but I'll be up at the Kern River Valley Gathering that weekend. Next time.

Well, there is ten that have listed as for sure, and seven maybes, I was hoping fot parking lot to last about an hourish, looks like itll be about two, then move on to however long people want to ride from there.

 

i'm down dirty , but i might be a little trunk .
