Hey Mario, I'm in Lake Forest as well. Also just started riding in August. I usually ride through Glass Creek, the Edison Viejo area, and a couple of the short runs through Whiting that start from the Glenn Ranch Rd. side. Hit me up if you're ever looking for a fellow rookie to ride with.

Hi ronosmena... welcome. I haven't been on Borrego since I usually enter Whiting from the south side (and just ride a loop from there). However, from what I've read, I do believe that Borrego is a one way trail for mountain bikers, so keep that in mind when you plan out your ride. Feel free to PM me if you'd like to hit up some trails in the Lake Forest/Foothill Ranch area sometime.

I ride during the week at Whiting/Luge or Oneil. Usually 1 hour-ish quickies during work hours. I'm always up for a ride- hit me up!
