Can anybody report on the fly situation up there on the main divide? Are they in full force yet?

We did HJ/Trabuco on Sunday and they weren't a problem at all. There is a big bee issue at the top of Holy Jim where it meets Main Divide though....I don't suggest hanging out there for too long. We literally had bees hovering all over us, our camelbacks and our bikes #-o

They were pretty bad climbing Maple Springs, especially in the shade. No biters, but just freakin annyoying! Main Divide had no flys for me!

Not bad if you're moving but if you stop they can be pests. I had a scrape on my leg Sunday so I was like a free candy store.

The bees were almost out of control at the top of HJ like Rob said. Didn't really encounter any flies though.
