first trip to marshall

i didn't notice any stables, but i saw folks with their horses in the horse ring (not sure what that thing is called).

 

thnx for the route tip GeoRob ..I moved to the area last year and have been exploring this hidden gem every chance I get. Please post any information about the trail variations I should look for next time

 

i'll let you know the next time we head out there. i'm still a newb so i'm still working on various things

i was there earlier today. It is very muddy and very (horse) poopy right now. still a fun place to ride though.

 

soon. i just don't know when yet. i'll let those that are interested know when if you guys want to meet up and ride. my group is still new so we'll be going at a pretty slow pace.

 

I'm slow and steady. I can't afford to get hurt anymore and beside, I like the nice steady climb all while chatting and enjoying the scenery.

 

I think I will be the slowest guy...involuntary sweeper. :lol:

 

There are several of us "Locals" if you ever need a guide or just company. Holler before you go.

 

i'll let you know the next time we roll. some of the guys i go with are speed demons. i'm all about the chill ride

i think you'll be ok. some of our guys are recovering from injuries so you'll have company sweeping

i'll give you a holler. we usually plan our rides at least 5 days in advance. we ride every sunday. the only thing that changes is the location.

I wish. Now that i'm older with kids, i'm a lot more conservative with everything I do.

 

well my wrist feels better, but not 100%. gonna visit the dr. in a bit just to make sure things are A OK.

big relief when I heard it was a sprain. Age does make you heal slower. Pain freak, we've met before? I appologize if we have. More than half the str members i've met I never got a name
