No SSlacking for me this year. Shoulder surgery is keeping me off the bike for a few more weeks.

Most definitely YES! There are a couple of us being dropped of for the start of the 25 from Mission Viejo, work and travel (family too) did not allow enough training time for the 50 :( - will be pedaling with the sausage crew

I'll see if I can keep up. Proraptor bring some migraine meds. Now that you moved there is no bail out. Reminds me, I better bring a couple Excedrin Migraine tablets just in case.

I'm not doing it this year. I don't believe Tom is either. Roberto and Rick might.

There is plenty of parking along the road. You just may have to ride in a bit. Ding the 50 it will be less of an issue since you start before the 25.

With the 25 miler being mostly the slower riders, and with hundreds on the trail ....I'm sure you could find someone to ride with. Sometimes we all forget, but there are a few words to remember.....Ride (not a race), Benefit, Social.

Unfortunately, for many those words don't exist....nor do they go together. Can't do a ride if I am not racing through it.

Who wants to pair up for the 25? It's going to be my first event, let alone a 25 mile ride. Looking to make some new friends alone the way.

There will be hundreds of riders out there.....just pick one or two or twenty and join in.

That is part of the fun.....is meeting new people out on the trail....chatting with your fellow riders....etc.

Trabuco has a couple of water crossings but they are easily ridden. I hate walking a bike when I know I can ride....you just pay the price of a dirty chain.

Really, last year these were ankle deep, or depending how tall you are, knee deep, so this year dry...hmm...cool.
