I'm going with either Stouts f/r on the Nomad or some Maxxis Minion DHF's. The Canzo has Stouts on it now, but I think I'm going go Reso/Captain for Saturday's ride.
We're staying at the River Inn. If anyone runs into any water issues we can definietly help out there. Thanks Mott
ahh crap that just put a damper on my plans... time to resort to plan b  and bring some water containers i ran DHFs last year 2.7/2.5 and they performed flawlessly.. i ran them at 25 psi and no flats at all... kinda sucked for climbing since they are heavy ass tires, but on the DH's they gripped really well... except for that one time i flew into the bushes on a blind off camber left hander.. i think allison witnessed that one
What is DHFS? What is DTC?:-k The weirwolf sucks in the front, i tried it this sat and it was horrible on loose gravle. really sketchy. I went over the bars once this sat and got pissed so now that tire is in the rear:?:
I really like the Nevegal 2.1 and 2.35 UST's with the edge going to the 2.35. They are both very good all around tires IMO. They grip and roll well. I have used each size on both short and long rides.

I am leaving wed. night with the crew and foolowing the caravan up. to my knowledge as of friday downieville outfitters has shuttle times open. so pm me and let me know.
