    Are you keeping the incisions covered or are they exposed to air? are you applying a moisturizer/antibacterial salve on them?

    The reason I asked is that I had some major plastic surgery, once a year for 18 years, for a burn I suffered on my face. One of the things the doc recommended for the smallest scarring possible was to keep the incisions well lubricated and covered in a salve like neosporin. If you look at where my burns occurred you can barely notice any scarring or incision marks

    Hope the surgery helps and I wish you a speedy recovery!
