Did you witness a bike accident on 11/20/09

Friends and family are asking for help. At approx 8am on Friday, an 18 yr old male was riding his bike southbound on Fletcher Dr. in Los Angeles. An unknown vehicle recklessly driving side by side with the biker doing 25-30 mph. The unknown vehicle sped up not allowing the biker to have the right of way causing the biker to hit a parked U-Haul truck. The vehicle fled the scene,the biker lay helpless. Victim suffered a concussion,bleeding of the brain,and severe fractures to the skull, as well as facial lascerations( I KNOW, WEAR A HELMET!HE WASNT)The rider is currently in ICU recovering from his injuries.
