Ended up getting the PI Slices new from some dood on craigslist for $40....love them so far! Did 60 miles today and much better than my mtb shorts. Didn't notice them cutting into me or moving around much.

I may (keyword MAY) consider lycra at some point, but only if wearing some other shorts over them. Anybody do this? Wear lycra, but with regular short over the top?

I don't even like wearing briefs, always too tight in the wrong area. With lycra I just don''t know. I like to have some room.
