    i saw this one a while back and had to try the no hand track stand on a ladder bridge... It's actually not that difficult to do if you know how to trackstand, it's the mental part that gets ya.

    And it has a tendancy to scare people. Thanks for posting!

    My cousin Karen lived on Bowen Island for years and years. I went there once to visit and see her home that she and her husband built out in the woods. This was many, many years ago -- think it was summer of '92. Bowen had a lot of dense greenery as I recall, but no ladders, bridges or mountain bikers back then...
