Crashed during pratice today.

    So I went down and my back is really sore. I can move my body fine, my Back is just stiff.

    In the video you will see exactly what happened. I tagged my back on the rock I end up looking at. And now VIDEO. Skip to 2:30 if you dont want to watch the first bit of my run.
    I was able to get up and walk/ride down the hill thanks to the spike of adrenaline that I got, I am really feeling it now.

    It looks like a hard fall and a very spooky feeling around 3:25 (facing the sun and the trail assistant holding your visor). Hope it's not too bad. Heal up!

    Thanks for the healing vibes everyone. I feel much better this morning, Back is better. Still sore but im not too concerned about it.

    I was trying to! But thats not nearly as fast as i would have liked to have been going.

    I blew off the weekend race because of a crash at the Oaks on Thursday while training for the Fontana weekend- Just couldn't get my mind into race mode, oh well, another day to race for us all!!

    I had a tough time watching the video when you were laying down (motionless helmet)

    1. Don't like to see people injured
    2. Ten times more scary knowing the person in pain is a friend! :(
