My co_worker had a seisure today! I heard her chair hit the wall violently and a body hit the floor. I ran around the cube walls and found her on the floor in convulsions. 911 and sirens. We got her to the hospital... She seems to be OK but sheesh we don't know! Scared the crap outta me! Feel better Tray!

a lady at my work had a pretty bad stroke, she is still in the hospital recovering.
we all should be grateful for the life style we enjoy. I try to ride a little harder and appreciate the gift of health that I and we have

It seems like the older we get, the more we see things like this happen to our peers. My wife was hospitalized for 4 months after our second child was born. After suffering paralysis, and litterally having to learn how to walk, she now leads a somewhat normal life. Seeing what she went through inspired me for sure. It makes me grateful that I am blessed with good health and able to ride.
