I know i'm not... the guy at adrenaline called today and said "Yeti is behind on making the orange frames so it'll take a couple weeks to get one" (I told him i dont really care about the color). And this is after I called them (tues) and they called back saying that it had been shipped and should be there thrusday at the latest. Have they ever heard of tracking numbers? or not lying to their customers?

so anyway, I told him to order the raw (polished metal) or whatever could get here fastest. I guess I wont be riding for ANOTHER 10 days.

That blows about the bad service. Bike shops seem to have their own rules or standards for how to treat customers. I have had plenty of good experiences with several local shops (Bike Co, Supergo, Rock N Road, Revo Cycles). However, it seems when a shop needs to order something for me it turns into a headache. So now, if they dont have it there in stock, I get it online and save myself the hassle. Sorry rant over...

Moochy...I feel your pain bro. And i'm sure everybody else does too.

I worked out a deal with adrenaline so one of the employees gave me a bike to use until mine comes in...still frustrating but it seems like they're trying to do what they can.
