This butts for you. Healing vibes, What does not kill you only makes one more grizzled:-k. For Re-Hab the best prescription ever is disc golf, My tendon less shoulder is actually having some dramatic improvement. As an added bonus it's pretty tough to take a spill just walking around the park.
Sorry to hear about your accident. Heal quickly. Chris is always the first to lend a hand when there is a mechanical problem on the trail, sad to see this happen. Hope to see you back on the trails soon.
