Ouch, that sucks! Hope it's not too bad and you heal up sooner then later.

Another thing to re-consider since you do have kids, are a single dad and recently self-employed. You're the sole bread winner so when you go down and are off work (hypothetical), there is no sick pay or disability (unless you bought disability insurance.) Speaking for myself, I can't afford to get hurt anymore so if that means I don't do certain things or have to walk a certain section, so be it. I have 3 kids relying on me and that's the bigger picture. I'm sure this applies to you as well.

    Feel better, Danny! :)

Sleep did not work so well!!!For the record beer and norcos were not taken at the same time.Hugh for the crash report:well I think I pedaled up the first table top and got to far forward.I really don't remember the crash.I just remember standing up and thinking, shake it off.Well from that point the initial shock wore off and I sat back down.I remember my helmet hitting the ground, but the rest is a blur.I was waiting for people to come check on me and it seemed like 1 hr.Thinking back on it, i was in major shock and got dizzy. At the time i was kinda in denial that I was broken. Not that big of a deal, but in hind sight I guess It was pretty bad.The only real thing I remember was my helmet hitting the ground.Major props and thanks for the people on STR for the concern. You all rock.
