    Danny's first BMX race day ended in moto 3, at Bellflower BMX race track tonight, with an apparent broken collar bone. Sorry Danny... you were doing good up to that point.

    I will let him tell the story. Yes he was racing me. No I was not involved.

    Danny, I'm sure you'll be reading this soon when you get home from the hospital. I hope you're feeling really good...I mean really goood! Got uncle Vic? If you can, get the perscription filled tonight, because you're going to feel it in the morning when the hospital drugs wear off. Find a CVS that's open 24 hours. Trust me.

    I'll have to say that Danny took it very well. I'll let him explain what happened, but he remained 100% calm and fairly relaxed, considering the situation. You're a tougher cat than I!

    I still think you would have had him! :clap: And you did get more air off that jump than I've ever been able to!

    well im home.I think what happend was I was so focused on making it to the main that I wasnt focused on riding.Well x-rays show i broke it in 3 spots.the worst being the bone closest to the neck is sticking straight up.The other 2 are fractures.Going to the ortho tomorrow to get some pins.They say it should be 4-6 week.I will be riding easy at 4 weeks and racing again by 6 weeks.Next time I will make it to the main.The pain has kicked in so im having some beers.I also went and got some norcos.

    Danny, I think you would have caught that guy at the end. Every race 1/2 way through the track he was spent... Just so you know, had you stayed up... you would have made the main.
    My own rule is - #1 work tomorrow #2 win the race
