I went on a road ride with some co-workers on the San Gabriel River Trail and my front wheel got to close to the edge. I lost control and crashed at about 26mph.

I broke my wrist in 2 places :( The bone was sticking out, but it did not brake the skin.
The doctor pulled it back in place, they said I need I surgery to brace it.

    :(

The asphalt took some skin from my knee and shoulder as well.

    I attached the X-Rays.

I had my wrist broken at the radius on Nov 1st of 2011 going down Harding at 28-30mph. To this day my wrist still feels pain and isn't as flexible. Make sure you get Physical Therapy because that helped the movement and strength of my wrist. Sorry for the accident, I know how it feels.

How can your bone stick out if it didn't break the skin?

That's what my primary doctor said. She said it might just be a plate with pins, nothing external. Seeing Orthopedic doctor today and crossing my fingers.

Meant to say it stuck out of it's normal area. They had to pop it back in place. Two hospital staff pulling on it. Painful.

Good luck! I had broke my elbow and had plates and pins and very small break according to my doctor in my wrist and he decided not to pin it. Its been almost a year for me and a year of therapy and I still cant make a fist or face my palm up.

I am glad I am not alone. My break was Jan 2012 and it still hurts and is not flexible at all. But some people heal a lot quicker and regain 100% of motion. :D
