actually, I just don't have a Torx T-25 socket at my place so I thought someone might want them as a complete package.

For those that have asked, the Manitou R7 fork weighs 1479 grams, or just about 3.25 lbs. It has no scratches on the stanchions since my lovely wife Linda is easy on her bike parts. Never been crashed.

If anyone wants to meet to pick up parts tomorrow, I am meeting Bobzrag at Adrenaline in Orange at noon tomorrow (Thursday 3/20). I have some shopping of my own to do!

    Let me know.

    Issues with SPD Pedals

I got home after picking up the pedals I purchased from you today and promptly installed them on my bike. Even though the pedals fit just fine, I noticed I did not go any faster riding up the hills.........it was a struggle as always. I also noticed that no one seemed to take note of my new pedals as I was riding down the street. Not a wink, not a nod, nada.

Lastly, the tension on the pedals were just right for me, I did not have to fiddle with the tension adjuster and so I was bummed that I did not have the excuse "I have to adjust my new pedals" when my wife told me to go to the store to buy some groceries.

Needless to say, I'll suck it up as a learning experience and won't insist on getting my $20 back for said pedals. The pedals will stay on the bike, but please note I plan on messing up the tension adjustment just so I can re-tension them tomorrow since my wife expects me to pull weeds in the back yard. :bang:

You scared the shit outta me with the title of that post. I'm thinking, what could be wrong with the pedals? They are just pedals.

A pleasure doing business with you Oz. Next time I am selling pedals that guarantee faster climbing, well, I'll buy them from myself!
