I thought about this today while riding my bike,

Think about it......
It might take a little longer to ride your bike to work right. Saw you drive there in 15 minutes, but it takes like 45 minutes to ride there, You might think oh man an extra 30 minutes on my commute! But actually, your commute is shorter. Your commute actually ends up being 0 minutes. You are getting a 45 minute workout before work and a 45minute workout after work and a 0 minute commute time. Its so much more efficient!

Get a road bike. 3 hours will turn into 2 probably instantly!

I soooo was thinking the same thing...I had an instant 1 hour cardio workout without having to do any extra exercise once I got home!

And Dan (Man blong Gaua)...he didn't have to work yesterday but he rode the 21 miles to work and then back to pick up his paycheck...on his Yeti 575. Hardcore!

Edit: Booze is now illegal at TP. Looks like the State followed suit after the City put the kaibash on alcohol at Mission Beach. Drunk College kids wrecking it for all of us.
