Other than Old Coast Road, does anyone know of any epic rides - mtb rides - in and around Big Sur? And let's keep them legal - I think a lot of trails in the Ventana Wilderness are off-limits to bikes. Let's say within a 45 minute drive of Andrew Molera State Park. I'm heading up in 2 weeks. SS/XC/DH I can bring whatever, just trying to stay off the road.
I love big sur and would love to ride there too. I know there are a lot of hiking trails that branch off of PCH, perhaps some are multi-use?
I passed through there with mountain bikes a couple years ago. Maybe I wasn't looking well enough, but all I could find was some riding at Andrew Molera State Park. Everything that's national park is off-limits, I'm pretty sure.
