Hope your time down is not long Dave. I haven't done the dislocated shoulder thing but I remember seeing Chewy go through it. Doesn't look fun at all! Well, at least you got a few good runs in.....:?:
That sucks Dave. I know you were looking forward to Tahoe. Take care of the arm and do the rehab or you end like chewy.
Off topic - HEY! i rehabbed in physical therapy for several months.... a year later, it happened again. not due to lack of rehab... Continue with giving dave sage advice lol
Heal up quick and get back on the trails. Wow, from the guy that didn't even ride with us on Saturday lol.
Yes it would be. I had it with me Saturday and I'm still holding on to it. Since you decided to go to work instead I figured you didn't need it haha. I'll stop by wherever you guys eat after B* tomorrow. Thanks Zack that's the way he rolls. It's okay we all know he's Rodie Shuttle scum.
Derr Dave tried to post from my phone. Wow, when was he on my phone??...cuz i didn't even right that "derr dave"
Lucky me I called the Dr office and my lovly Dr started a two week vacation today. Well I got squeezed n with a different Dr Thursday afternoon
Hey, sorry to hear about the hit and injury Dave. Sounds like it was one of those days when you just think "C'mon, how many more things can go wrong?". Hope you can get started on the rehabbing pretty quick and be ready to roll soon. And way to take care of him, guys. There's a reason I like you guys.
Best wishes for a fast and full recovery, and props to good friends for having your back...or in this case, your shoulder.
Short update since i'm one hand typing. Had a short and somewhat disappointing appt with an Ortho Friday after getting a ref from my Dr on Thursday. He seemed to be in a huge hurry and didn't really have time for me. Sadid to rest and sling as much as I can stand and come back for PT referal and check up in 30 Days. The one good piece of news. He thinks that luckly because of the break the Soft tissue might not have to much damage. AKA shouldn't have future issues with dislocations like most. P.S. Send me you bike movies. I don't have cable and have watched everything else I own.
Glad to hear that it's probably not going to be a long term, recurring injury Dave. Guess i can cut you some slack for the road bike, since it's a whole lot better than not riding at all and drinking beer all the time for the next few months. Just this once, though. Hope the PT starts helping too.
