    Any one want to meet up and head to Big Bear for a good day of riding?

    Aiming to get there before the lifts open and ride all day, Take brakes for what ever reason, and have a good time!

    If anyone also wants to carpool Post it up, we're all tight on gas prices right now so Why not make a great day of riding better by making it cheaper!

    I would be up for Big Bear! I'll keep this thread in mind as the date gets closer. I'll assume you plan to do a lot of climbing and not just shuttling? I believe I went with your group last year & we did the chair lifts. That day was so much fun!

    I was planning a southern Utah trip... Gooseberry then Thunder Mountain.
    If this doesn't pan out Thomas I'm in.
    It will be good to test out the new bike up there :)

    Should be cool. Like what has been said before again, and again, just be cool to the lift guys and don't do anything to make yourself stand out.

    Be prepared that they may not let you on. Every year we offer up the same warning. Bring 2 bikes to be sure, or just leave the big bike at home. There are no guarantees and no consistency in rule enforcement!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    bummer, it's a 12hr race weekend.

    As usual, I will be in Big Bear almost every weekend & plenty of week days the entire summer - hope to hook up and ride with peeps some time.

    oh well, Im not going to be here that weekend...

    on the other hand, I'll likely be enjoying something along the lines of soquel demo forest, so I suppose its okay :)
