You do not need a pass for the sale today that ends at 4pm. It's located at the rear of the building.

Yes, the public can buy at HQ but at MSRP. The stores in the lobby are regular retail stores. However, the public cannot buy at the employee store.

Yup, the one in the lobby is a public retail store but it's not discounted.

Be careful though there are some knock-offs that will start to peel or something else will happen to them later on. I bought a pair that came in a Oakley box and had everything like I got with my other Oaks that I've purchased. When I sent them in with a complaint I was then informed they were knock-offs. I really couldn't tell thoughbut they only lasted about 6 months.

I also found a beautiful pair that are in great shape but they are prescription. I guess I've waited long enough and have put up signs where I found them and no one has responded so I guess I'll send them in and get new lenses added to them.

Does anyone have any feedback on getting Rx lenses through Oakley? I'm curious about cost and time to get them made. And do they work with any insurance companies to cover the cost? Mahalo.

BTW: Switchback does in fact have them at 35% off, though they looked to be down to about a dozen pairs of various styles when I was in there today. Worth a call or a visit.

Both of mine were done by them. I had to go through my Dr. though. It was expensive, around $200.00 for each pair. They work great and I (knock on wood) never lose my glasses. Each pair retails for over $500.00 and somehow I never forget them or leave them anywhere.

It took about a week to get them. My Dr. sent them in, they made 'em and sent them back. About a week turnaround time. Well worth it though.

They look great too, I always get compliments on them. I picked the fire color for the new pair. The older pair is the blue ice color.

I don't think my insurance company covered any of it. That is mine though, yours may be different?

The matte black gascans are only available with the polarized, irridium lenses. They are $ At least that was the case a while ago. Maybe through the custom program with standard lenses?

Here is Framekiller and I up on top of the mountain at Northstar. He has the Oakley goggles and I have my Oakley Pennys on. I really like the fire color.

Notice how Framekiller just dwarfs me? My god, the guy is HUGE!

Waldo, sometime we need to have a couple of White Russians together!

Protection is always a safe investment.

I bought my first pair at the outlet in Cabazon, msrp was $350 but I got them for $220 (Ti square wire with Polarized). Worked great until I scratched them on a branch (glad I had them on) and then stepped on the frames #-o. Luckily Service flowed me new frames gratis:clap:, although new lenses cost so much I just opted for the gold ones.

Once I started night riding I tried the Radars but took them back for the flak Jackets (XLJ golf) I roll now with the clear lenses for dust screening in the dark. Oakleys used to be the only lenses corrected with a prism so vision would not be distorted and no change to your eyesight long term. I don't know if the sh!ttier brands do it but unlike the headache brands mine have been worth every penny invested. You simply cannot put a price on protective gear until it's too late and you're in the hospital for repair, $2-300 bucks for some shades are still much less than a pair of eyes on the black market ($8-14k). In closing your eyes are six times more sensitive to solar radiation than skin, not to mention dust is a major PITA. Perhaps if I had them I would not have needed my tear duct re-constructed years ago by an ocular plastic surgeon but at least I keep the dust out now.

Hit up Switchback while they still have some left, upgrade your lenses as budget allows. Also when at Oakley get some of the extra bags to clean your lenses, using your jersey will scratch them up.

Oakley is a canker sore on the earth. Bad taste spread the world throughout......

Belongs to die in a mix of over-size cars, mustache's and dough nuts.

Sorry folks! It might be just my opinion I am well aware however, they promote everything on this earth that I despise.

    Love,

    Me
