have u heard the ghost tracks yet? he is a classically trained pianist, and some his best work I think are his instumentals. Ghost are all instumental and an awesome collection of haunting and moving music.

Yeah, I was fortunate enough to see them twice, last time was around 2001 (maybe) at the House of Blues. I took my ex-fiance, who had no idea what she was in for. Her jaw dropped when she saw this big 6'5" white guy contorting himself all over the stage. She left a fan. When she left she managed to help herself to a few of my Oils CD's. #-o

Good list :bang:('Broken' really is the best NIN LP, followed closely by 'Downward Spiral). In this vein i'd add:

    White Zombie - Astrocreep 2000
    Ministry - Filth Pig
    Discharge - Why?
    Big Black - Atomizer

Bowie is the quintessential 'Rock Star'. Class, talent, image, and controversy. His masterpiece is "The Man Who Sold The World".

hmm, only three?? dunno if I can.

Foo Fighters - anything, but Skin and Bones is absolutely brilliant live work.
Dave Matthews Band - anything prior to their new producer
Pearl Jam - Ten (agreeing with sdyeti). This album helped define the 90s, for me at least.
Rage Against the Machine - Rage Against the Machine
    Radiohead - Kid A
    Orbital - In Sides

I need a lot more time and a lot more room ... ;)

    Peter Garrett is the man!:bang:

I managed to see them a half-dozen times from the mid-'80s to early '90s, including a ferocious gig at the Palladium just after "Red Sails in the Sunset" came out. Absolutely blew me away.

The entire album is great. Too bad they pissed off the stones! Kind of killed the band.
