    I'm sorry to hear that your self-assessment was correct. You carried yourself so well, so to speak, and I hated to see you walk away on your own. On the other hand, I've experienced my fair share of injuries where I was so frustrated with the situation that I didn't really want others around or to help, so I understand how you felt.

    Are you going to have surgery? If so, when?
    While many will doubt what I'm going to say, I strongly believe in it: "With all bad comes good." You just have to look for it. Somehow between now and when you're fully recovered, you'll realized something good that you may not have realized otherwise.

    Heal up brother!
